THE INSIGHT CENTRE COGNITIVE BEHAVIOURAL THERAPY TRAINING PROGRAMME - COGNITIVE COACHING

AN INTRODUCTION TO CBT STRATEGIES AND TECHNIQUES                                   HOME

THE COURSE IS RUN ON A BASIS OF ONE DAY A WEEK EVERY ONE OR TWO WEEKS DEPENDING ON THE VENUE.

The reason for the gap between each training day is to allow you (the therapist/student) time to reflect on the learning and to apply the techniques to your own situation allowing you to have a full understanding of the CBT process. You will gain empathy for your clients by applying the process to your own situation.

You are expected to complete a reflective journal through the training and you will be given activities to complete in your own time between each training session.

Prerequisite - To have a complementary therapy qualification. Please call to confirm if your qualification is suitable.
