Helping you get it right

CHILDREN'S ANXIETY PROGRAMME                                                    HOME

Are you a concerned parent of a child suffering with anxiety or OCD?

Are you fed up feeling like you are alone and can't cope?

Does your child perform rituals and behaviours to remove anxiety and distress?

Does your child conduct behaviours that you have no explanation for?

You do not have to cope with this alone and there are solutions.

If you can say "yes" to any of the above questions and would like to join the ever growing group of parents who have received the successful support of Susan from the Insight Centre, then please get in touch.

This support can also work alongside any CAMHS programme that is already in place.

As a qualified Teacher, Susan brings these skills into the therapy programme, helping kids to learn - new ways of thinking, feeling and behaving but in a fun, brain friendly way.

Susan is also familiar with the successful OCD programme known as "Talking back to OCD" developed by Dr J March and incorporates this approach into her treatment programme for children with OCD.

"Talking back to OCD" by J March and C Benton, ISBN-10: 1593853556

"In the book Dr March shares his wealth of knowledge and experience with parents and children. Full of practical tips and examples for families, the book helps the child take charge while showing parents how to support the recovery process. Dr. March tackles the bewilderment and isolation felt by so many families, highlighting the fact that OCD is nobody's fault and emphasizing that recovery is possible." Isobel Heyman, Consultant Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist, OCD Clinic for Young People, Maudsley Hospital, London, UK
